Overview:
The role provides administrative support to the College, assisting the Dean and students, managing student records, and ensuring policy compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with Finance on budgeting and other related departments for projects and events, and handling inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to an assigned school
· Assist the Dean and students on academic-related matters
· Ensure compliance with approved academic policies and operation of academic administration matters.
· Maintain and update student records
· Attend to general inquiries, correspondences, and emails
· Coordinate with the Finance Office on financial matters and budgeting
· Provide administrative support to the Events Coordinator on events related to the assigned school
· Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Experience:
· Singaporean or Singapore PR
· Diploma or equivalent
· Preferred with at least 2-3 years of working experience in the service industry and administrative work
Knowledge and Skills:
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in either English or Chinese, or both
· Competent in MS Office and Google applications, and basic internet navigation skills
· Good organizational skills
· Knowledge of good customer service practices
