Job Responsibilities
• Ensuring accurate bookkeeping
• Recording and maintaining business's financial transactions (AR/AR), update ledger and data entry
• Payment issuance, processing and filing
• Handle claims and reimbursement
• Schedule bank transactions and issue pay slips
• Track and reconcile accounts monthly statements, bank reconciliation
• Performing administrative support during budget or any accounts preparation
• Managing invoices, support in duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Handle any other administrative duties as assigned by Management

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
