About this role / team:
The Singapore Monetize team works closely with game publishers and developers and helps them increase their revenue from advertising. The team is specifically looking for a Hindi speaker to handle some of our priority accounts in India and Pakistan and will report into Head of Monetization, India & PK
Responsibilities:
- Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.
- Develop strong relationships with our key accounts in India and Pakistan through slack, skype, and face-to-face interaction.
- Consistently evangelizes new products to benefit revenue growth
- Take the initiative to foster new partnerships that represent potential growth outside our portfolio. Turn inquiries into revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents.
- Finds opportunity to share learnings to positively impact business
- Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of relevant sales or customer success experience, managing a quota or quarterly revenue target.
- Experience in the tech industry—mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce or consulting are a strong plus.
- Experience with closing new partnerships / focusing on new business
- Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings—both local and international.
- An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in cross-team project management & problem solving
- A relationship builder with the ability to make connections with anyone.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Telling a story with data; A strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.

- Fluency in Hindi is required for this role as it is responsible for growing the India and Pakistan markets. Other Indian and Pakistani languages are also a plus.
This position is based in Singapore.

The pay range for this role in Singapore is OTE (On-Target Earning): SGD 119,000 - 139,000 annually

Liftoff provides employees a total compensation package of competitive market salaries, equity, health and wellness stipends, medical benefits associated with your country of residence. The base compensation will vary based on location, experience as well as level.
