Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

1. Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
2. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
3. Handle payroll queries from employees regarding salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
4. Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
5. Prepare and submit necessary reports related to payroll, taxes, and statutory benefits.
6. Timesheet Management:
7. Oversee and manage the timesheet system, ensuring accurate recording of employee work hours.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding work hours, overtime, and shift patterns.
9. Review timesheets for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
10. Assist in setting up and maintaining time and attendance systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration and upgrading (on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users).
2. Manage computer networks and related computing environments on systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
3. Documentation of all the IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines and software licenses and maintenance.
4. Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measure.
5. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
6. Managing of IT assets and assists in decision making on acquiring IT assets.
7. Setting up all the IT requirements which includes PC, Copier Machines, required software and the applications pertaining to the respective department.
8. Email configuration – creating email IDs for the new staffs, taking backup of the outlook files, adding additional email accounts in accordance to internal procedure.
9. Monitor server infrastructure and application full data and system backup, load balancing web server.
10. Assists with the implementation of any new system and technology that will improve work processes and member experience.
11. Collaborate with organization's IT management to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
12. Assist management to perform testing of the Group’s Business Continuity Plan (eg. business process recovery tests and data restoration testing).
13. Others:

• Ready to be on-call and provide site support when needed
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT-related field with at least 2-years working experience.
• Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident only are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of cyber security and cloud computing will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated accountability, crisis management capability and an ability to priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective customers through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, and roadshows and events attendance.
• Recommend appropriate products based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product features and capabilities.
• Sell and arrange for delivery, insurance, financing, or service contracts for products.
• Process leasing sales through preparation of sales agreements and relevant sales documentation, liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure successful sale.
• Undertake showroom management and daily operation duties to upkeep products.

Other Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
