Role Description
ADK Connect Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with new and existing clients (both local and international) to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth. As the main point of contact for clients, you are expected to understand their needs and goals well, translating it to digestible information for internal stakeholders and work in tandem to develop solutions for the client. From internal colleagues to external vendors, you serve as the bridge between all parties to present a cohesive front towards the client, showcasing how our solutions are effective and efficient in achieving clients’ objectives.
Account Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
· Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
· Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines.
· Manage social media platforms and oversee media and creative executions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead various marketing communication projects such as creative development in digital, social and offline formats, media campaigns, sales promotions, activations, market research etc, while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
· Preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
· Analyze market trends and competition to inform sales strategies.
· Provide regular reporting & updates on project status to his/her manager.
· Participate in meetings, write contact reports (meeting recap) and contribute to the overall success of the projects.
· Support team members in account management as necessary.
Account Executive Skills and Requirements:
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients and internal teams.
· Proven track record of delivering complex projects while maintaining client satisfaction.
· Savvy with social media landscape and platforms.
· Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
· Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Knowledge and expertise in the industry & marketing communication terms
· Japanese language qualifications will be a strong advantage.
