Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

· Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience

· Project future needs for goods and cleaning products; order accordingly

· Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards

· Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

· Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the management

· Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

The Opportunity:

You will be part of a dynamic retail business environment and support sales distribution and brand building activities for channel expansion within Singapore. During this internship, the candidate will also gain good exposure with hands-on working experience to key account management in a local retail FMCG business and deliver brand objectives. This will be a hybrid role where the intern will be require to be on field visits, as well as work in the office.

In this role, your tasks could include:

• Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to Identify trends and market opportunities.
• Assist with the setup/intergration of new merchandising application
• Work closely with Key Account Manager to ensure successful listing of new products into retail stores
• Weekly/Bi Weekly store visits to check out retail stores & report on competitor’s marketing & retail presence
• Weekly/Bi Weekly store visits to talk to relevant store management to get retail feedback + survey.
• You will also be responsible for any other projects or tasks that may arise.

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our horizons and reinforcing our presence locally in the FMCG industry. Your responsibilities will include:

>>Build rapport and maintain good long-term relationship with existing customers and required to process and maintain customers’ account.

>> Have a good understanding of customer end-to-end corporate business process flow to ensure professional dealing with customer at all time.

>> Generating high-quality leads across various channels to build and grow our client base. Your expertise in closing sales orders will be key to our success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide executive support to the Directors, including calendar management, coordinating meetings across time zones, booking venues, and arranging logistics.
• Organize travel arrangements for the Directors and senior management, including visa applications, health declarations, flight bookings, accommodations, and transport.
• Monitor and prioritize time-sensitive issues, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient redirection.
• Process company expense payments and claims.
• Greet visitors, prepare refreshments, and provide support as needed.
• Handle correspondence, mail, and phone calls, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate redirection.
• Oversee office administration, including filing systems, leave records, vendor management, and building access arrangements.

Job Description:

• Contributes to the growth of the e-commerce business by enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the technology and infrastructure.
• Responsible for performing data analysis to generate data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners.
• Contribute to revenue and profitability growth across digital platforms
• Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes and/or activities over digital platforms and to identify strategic business partnerships
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-Commerce activities
• Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes
• Monitor fulfilment of customers' orders via store pickup or delivery service

• Develop, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) for various e-marketplaces and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok etc.

Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing for FMCG or any related field
• Strong passion in digital and ecommerce environment
• Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live) and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
• Excellent visual storytelling skills & on-camera presence with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager to process the full spectrum of payroll related matters
• Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare monthly payroll transactions
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
• Manage HRIS (e.g. employees' records, leave, attendance, entitlements, etc.)
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions for government and related claims (e.g. childcare leave, maternity/paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax etc.)
• Manage Doctor's roster matters
• Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters
• Assist the HR Manager during performance appraisal
• Support in learning and development matters
• Support in recruitment and selection matters
• Support the team for company-wide events and/or activities
• Any other ad-hoc matters

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related field
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
