Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline
• Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
• Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
• Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs

Requirements

• BA/BS required
• Familiarity with Tagalog and the cultural nuances of the Philippines market is strongly preferred to support business objectives, manage client relationships effectively, and communicate with key stakeholders.
• 8+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on FSI and Public Sector business in Philippines.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
• A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
• Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process
• Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)

Job Description:

• Fulfil financial schedule provide financial assistance to Manager, Finance & Admin in supervising company’s financial and spending procedure within the protocols and report departments progress pertaining to financial matters.
• Work closely with Manager, Finance & Admin in managing day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Responsible to prepare comprehensive financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Perform daily AP duties, verifying invoices and monitoring payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers, avoiding late payment penalties.
• Liaise with salesmen to arrange advance payments.
• Have basic knowledge of analyzing profit and loss and balance sheet reports for credit limit reviews.
• Assist in preparing payments for staff claims.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status, discrepancies, disputes, and other concerns.
• Assist in preparing commission reports, accounts payable reports, including aging reports, payment forecasts, and analysis of trade payables.
• Work closely with the sales and accounts team to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, tax regulations, and external audit requirements.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement
• Diploma or Degree in accounting
• Experience: 2-3 years experience in Account payable, other experiences will be a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP, GST and Tax knowledge will be a plus.
• Posses good attitude, good communication skills and organization skills.
