This is a full time role for an Account Admin located in Tuas. Our client is a reputable waste management and recycling company in Singapore, dedicated to providing sustainable solutions for waste disposal. The role involves managing financial data entry, processing invoices, monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts receivable payments, and preparing monthly bank reconciliations. Responsibilities
1. Manage full sets of accounts and support day-to-day accounting operations.
2. Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management.
3. Prepare and review closing journals for responsible entities.
4. Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
5. Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e. AP & AR process, GL, account
reconciliation, etc.)
