Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement workflow processes to optimise storage space and streamline operations.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Manage stock replenishment, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics providers for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including delivery orders and invoices.
• Track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Compliance and Safety

• Enforce adherence to workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct safety inspections and recommend improvements to minimise risks.
• Ensure proper handling, labelling, and storage of goods to prevent damage.

Team Leadership

• Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance skills and productivity.
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to ensure operational targets are met.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

What to expect

As the Senior Brand Executive for our Skincare business, you will be in charge of executing the brand management tasks for 2 of our core brands, namely Bifesta and Saborino.

You will play a key role in helping to achieve the set brand KPIs and bring the brands to its next stage of growth. At the same time, you will also have the opportunity to better understand the internal workings of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

You will be in charge of:

• Develop campaign communications and run integrated marketing plans for the assigned portfolios (Ladies Skincare) to drive brand growth through marketing/digital marketing/trade activities/events etc
• Support in developing and implementing overall brand-level marketing related initiatives (new and current launches – through campaigns/digital marketing etc) by working with relevant external partners/principals to ensure campaign timelines are on track and met
• Responsible for conceiving and promoting new and innovative growth campaigns for the brands
• Build and execute online and offline marketing initiatives to achieve the company’s business development objectives
• Develop distribution channels and meet trade buyers occasionally to discuss business plan growth
• Support sales team with any requested below-the-line materials to bring maximum awareness, store visibility and exposure for promotions specific to channels
• Work and coordinate with external agencies on promoters, sampling activation, events and logistics arrangement to execute trade activities etc
• Manage all operational aspects of assigned brands (which includes inventory management and maintaining given budget to monitor ROI)
• Attend to other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Who we are looking for

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications and New Media or related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in product management, formulating marketing strategies and executing marketing campaigns; preferably in the FMCG industry (Beauty and Personal Care)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in events planning and handling the full spectrum of marketing campaigns preferred
• Possesses a strong passion for skincare
• Prior experience working with marketing/brand agencies will be an advantage
• Understands brand marketing, consumer behavior and able to identify market trends using data analytics
• Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising will be an advantage
• Possesses strong analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Has a keen sense for details and aesthetics
• A motivated team-player who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and is able to work independentl
• Able to deliver within tight deadlines
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Offering administrative and clerical assistance to support departmental functions.
• Compiling, preparing, and ensuring timely submission of necessary reports.
• Handling and processing payments for invoices.
• Arranging and coordinating meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, booking conference rooms, and setting up required equipment.
• Managing travel arrangements and scheduling appointments for the management team.
• Planning and organizing both internal and external events.
• Facilitating communication and coordination between departments to ensure efficient information flow and timely updates across the organization.
• Performing additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess at least diploma in Business Management or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Monitor and maintain US voyage related documents for the fleet vessels.

• Assist marine manager for report making, review making and other SMS documentation as required.
