Key Responsibilities of Senior Business Development Executive

1. Market Research and Strategy:
   • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients in the Singapore and China markets.
   • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new opportunities.
   • Build a pipeline of high-value projects by networking with consultants, contractors, and data center operators.
2. Business Development:
   • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients, stakeholders, and partners in the target regions.
   • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, including IT managers, facility managers, and procurement leads.
   • Secure contracts and projects by effectively presenting KoolLogix’s value proposition, particularly focusing on ROI, sustainability benefits, and energy efficiency.
3. Sales Planning and Execution:
   • Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for both regions.
   • Work with the technical and engineering teams to ensure proposals meet client needs.
   • Monitor the sales funnel, track progress, and optimize the approach to close deals effectively.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
   • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Work closely with internal teams (R&D, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
   • Provide input on product development based on client feedback and market needs.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
   • Ensure compliance with local regulations in Singapore and China.
   • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management on sales performance and market insights.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

1. Educational Background:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Experience:
   • At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or data center industry.
   • Proven track record of successful sales and partnerships in the Singapore and/or China markets.
3. Skills and Competencies:
   • Strong understanding of data center cooling solutions and green technologies is highly desirable.
   • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
   • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
   • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
   • Familiarity with cultural and business practices in both Singapore and China.
4. Personal Attributes:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly payroll processing and recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of Trust accounts. The incumbent will perform bookkeeping of all transactions within the stated timeframe and ensuring ongoing accuracy and completeness of financial records for the JTC Trust accounts.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of unaudited Trust and Underlying Entities financial statements based on agreed template with JTC.
