Job Purpose:
The HR Manager will lead and manage the human resources function, overseeing operations across multiple business units and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives. Working closely with our team in Indonesia and other regional offices, the role will focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that support the group’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Management:
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent across all levels.
• Manage talent development initiatives, including training, career progression, and succession planning.
2. Compensation and Benefits:
• Design competitive compensation and benefits packages, aligned with industry standards and group policies, in collaboration with finance.
• Manage payroll functions and oversee compliance with relevant employment laws in each region.
3. Performance Management:
• Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems and support management in setting clear KPIs and development goals.
• Provide guidance on performance improvement plans to ensure consistency in approach across business units.
4. Compliance and Policy Management:
• Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements across Singapore, Indonesia, and other operational regions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency and fairness.
5. Employee Relations and Culture Development:
• Foster a positive work culture and ensure alignment with the group’s values and mission.
• Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
6. HR Metrics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze HR metrics, preparing reports for senior management to assess the impact of HR initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend HR improvements and drive organizational performance.
7. Strategic HR Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the group’s growth and long-term objectives.
• Partner with senior management to forecast HR needs based on business plans and ensure consistent HR practices across all units.
8. Collaboration with Indonesia HR Team:
• Coordinate with the Indonesia HR team to streamline processes and leverage regional expertise.
• Ensure consistent application of group-wide HR policies while respecting local practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HR role overseeing multiple business units.
