Responsibilities:

• Oversee Customer Service Operations ie the end-to-end order processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• To address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly, maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented approach.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).

About the Role

As part of our expansion, Lightnet Group is looking for an experienced Compliance & Onboarding Manager who is responsible for overseeing the growth of our digital asset desk in a compliant and regulated manner. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience while mitigating risks.
