• Act in command in the absence of Assistant Front Office Manager, supervise sections in Front Office, such as front desk, operator and concierge services. Monitor the junior staff’s conduct and job performance and to ensure that all staff project a positive corporate image to guests.

Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience working in Banking domain as a functional project manager with relevant IT experience delivering KYC and Compliance topics.
• Strong hands-on product knowledge and understanding of Wealth Management domains
• International exposure in working in a complex matrix organization
• Experience with strategy planning and follow up for the program, Program governance, Operational working groups and Steering committees
