Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

SEA Internal and External Communication:

• Develop and deliver BD’s SEA communications plans, including integrated internal and external communications in support of regional priorities and objectives.

• Works with Tradeshow/Events Manager to develop and coordinate communications to support industry meetings and trade show exhibits.
• Handle vendor and association relationships, negotiate contracts, and supervise all event activities including but not limited to, housing, badges & food/beverage.
• Approve design, layout, cost estimates and construction of exhibits and displays.
• Work with creative agency on messaging, artwork and promotional materials for events including but not limited to, email campaigns, social media, communications to the field, pre and post meeting notices.
• Ensure compliance with BD Quality and Regulatory requirements and adherence to MarCom standards and procedures.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required – preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant Public Relations and Communications experience, working in large Multinational Corporation. Agency experience will be preferred.

The Commercial Distribution Manager for ASEAN is responsible for establishing, developing and supporting the assigned Distributor. As an International Product Growth Manager for Vietnam, you will ensure that Meta is locally relevant and successful in the market. With your deep understanding of the local product landscape and cultural context, you will identify product gaps, uncover growth opportunities, and drive the execution of growth initiatives for Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Meta family of apps is well adapted to be successful in Vietnam
• Provide local insights, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for Meta’s success in Vietnam
• Explore and identify strategic growth opportunities in Vietnam leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities
• Drive solutions that address identified market-specific opportunities
• Influence and partner with product teams to execute on solutions
• Partner with analytics teams to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact of execution

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management or a related field
• Experience in the understanding of the Vietnam market, including its unique challenges and opportunities
• Fluency in Vietnamese as this role requires the understanding of local product landscape and cultural context to develop solutions
• Communication and collaboration experiences, with experience working effectively with and influence cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and analytics across different countries and cultures, in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced working independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making
• Experience with building products tailored to Vietnam
• Experience working in startups or entrepreneurial ventures
• Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones

Requirement:

-Bachelor degree and above

-Relevant experience in healthcare industry

-At least 3 years experience in research and development

-At least 3 years experience in FMCG

-Good knowledge of Singapore and Malaysian markets

-Able to develope strategy and execute them inline with management directions

-Able to provide both qualitative and quantitative analysis on consumer products
