As the General Manager - SEA, you will have the unique opportunity to lead, strategize, and expand the company's footprint across the ASEAN region. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization, leveraging your extensive network and sales expertise to drive revenue and establish the company as a market leader. Reporting directly to the Executive Director and Board of the Group, you will:
Key Leadership Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with global directives to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
- Drive sales leadership, grow new markets, build strong Customer & Channel relationships/partnerships, and expand company’s presence within the lighting and electrical markets across Southeast Asia and beyond.
- Take ownership of the region’s P&L, by setting and achieving budget goals, ensuring profitability, and delivering against financial KPIs.
- Oversee business operations, finance management, product strategy, and compliance to maintain efficiency and drive regional excellence.
- Inspire and manage a high-performing team, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and deliver exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education - MSc or BSc in Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, or Business-related fields (MBA preferred).
- Experience - At least 10 years in leadership roles within in the lighting, electrical, or related industries, such as HVAC, Solar, Switchboards, Smart Cities, Construction, and etc.. With a strong understanding of the ASEAN market.
- Sales Leadership - Proven track record in aggressive sales and business development within the ASEAN lighting/electrical markets. LED lighting experience is a significant PLUS.

- Strategic Visionary - Ability to think critically, solve problems, and create strategies that align with corporate goals.
- Financial Acumen - Experience managing P&L and driving profitability through effective budget management.

- Bilingual Linguistics - Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for excelling in this role. You will leverage your bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with the headquarters and regional hub in China, requiring strong skills in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin.
