• Plan media and creative structure and oversee the implementation of campaigns to deliver against client business objectives
• Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of Facebook solutions
• Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations
• Collaborate to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to you
• Manage complex external and internal work streams, and optimize clients’ advertising operation mode to meet business objectives
• Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, etc.)
• Build and manage relationships with both C-Suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies (media, creative, FMP, etc.)
• Collaborate very closely with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams and cross region counterparts

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field
• 6+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting firms and demonstrated execution skills required
• Effective and creative problem solving, decision-making and presentation skills
• Experience working effectively with XFN teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
• Experience communicating, collaborating and working effectively on a team
• Ability to confidently present to build ongoing relationships with external clients
• Strong analytical skills and experience
• Ability to manage clients whose usual business language is English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the digital advertising (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
• Understanding of the telco and mobile app technology industry and the mobile app ecosystems
• Experience with data visualization tools or analysis tools
• Extensive experience as a Meta user and familiarity with Meta’s ad solutions

· Customer-facing technical consulting experience with ServiceNow, ServiceNow platform development

· Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances

· Implement complex ServiceNow solutions for our clients in all applications/modules such as TSM Pro, ITSM Pro, HRSD, ITOM Pro, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITBM Pro, Security Operations, GRC, FSM Pro and CSM Pro.

· Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope.

· Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of ServiceNow implementations and maintenance/administration tasks

· Design ServiceNow technical solutions and also provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions.

· 5+ years ServiceNow development experience and 3+ years Solution Architect Role

· Configuration experience in following modules on dedicated as well as shared instances (IM, CM, PM, SRM, KM, Release Management, Event Management, Configuration Management and Asset Management)

· ServiceNow certifications (Administrator is a must-have, Developer or Implementation Specialist are preferred)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or 4-6 years equivalent work experience

· Development experience in following areas: Business Rules, Access Control Rules, Script Includes, Script Action, UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Policy, Data Policy, Client Scripts, UI Macros, Jelly, Web Services, Glide Record, Glide AJAX, Workflows, JSON, Encryptions Plugin, Notification, Reporting, Discovery (a plus), Integration, SSO, MID Server, LDAP

· Extensive knowledge of two or more Front End Technologies: HTML, JSTL, DHTML, JavaScript and CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT

· Works effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

· Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills

· High level of expertise in multiple system environments

· Domain Separation Experience
