What You Will Do

As we grow our team of highly skilled professionals and institutionalize our operations, we are looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our offices in Singapore. This role is a full-time position based in Singapore, with a target start date of January 2025.

You will work closely with the Executive Team of the organization reporting to the Deputy CEO and will manage operational and administrative matters. Amongst your core responsibilities will be:

Finance and Metrics Administration

• Generate monthly utilisation, project financials, and firm financial report for management review, liasing with external accountant

• Maintain Tri-Sector’s active memberships in relevant partner ecosystems (e.g. raiSE, NCSS, AVPN, Commissioner of Charities)
• Manage compliance requirements with various Commissioner of Charities and ACRA regulations and support updating of firm policies from time to time, working with the external corporate secretariat

Office Coordination

• Manage the lease, including reviewing the office lease from time to time (we currently use a co-working space)
• Act as point of contact for visitors to the Singapore office
• Be the liaison for matters related to IT, work health and safety
• Manage office equipment and supplies

Job Description

This role will be responsible for our Product Application Lab for Semiconductor applications. Working closely with the Sales team and global technical resources, the selected candidate will support the development and growth of Semiconductor industry products in the region, focused on Southeast Asia.

The initial focus will be on Strip, Etch, and Clean (SEC) solutions, but will also grow to include the Elevate® line of electroplating products. Duties will include:

• Having a deep understanding of Technic products for the Semiconductor industry,
• Keeping abreast of industry developments and market position/performance of comparable competitive products.
• Working with Sales team to select appropriate customer and application targets
• Visiting customers across the territory to understand their equipment, process, and product performance requirements.
• Starting-up and operating the Technic Wafer Processing and Failure Analysis lab
• Conducting product functional performance testing & measurements either on-site or coordinating with other Regions to generate test results remotely.
• Advising on laboratory upgrades needed to better serve customers
• Liaising with customers during qualification tests and providing trouble-shooting advice after installation
• Recommending the best product for the application based on product experience and/or laboratory trials
• Hiring and supervising at least one technician to maintain the lab and support customer trials
• Developing specifications and facility recommendations for local manufacturing of SEC products, either at Technic or third-party facilities
• Advise on hiring and lead training of operators for local manufacturing
• Set operating procedures, quality targets and release specifications for any eventual locally made semiconductor products

The Assistant Manager, Operations will play a pivotal role in the success of Disney Stores APAC by driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position will oversee the management of 3PL Warehouses and the Last Mile function across the broader APAC region, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and fulfillment processes

Responsibilities:

Operations

Vendor Management

• Define and monitor SLAs for third-party vendors, including DCs and Last Mile providers.
• Ensure flawless execution of SLAs, guaranteeing accurate and timely fulfillment of Disney Store orders.

Warehouse Operations

• Manage the local 3PL relationship, supervising warehouse activities to ensure safe and efficient operations, covering stock receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Plan and oversee daily workflows, resource allocation, and warehouse capacity to meet operational targets.

Logistics and Inventory Management

• Collaborate with Buying, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure timely goods receipt for new product launches and promotions.
• Partner with 3PL to optimize inventory control systems, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock categorization (slow, medium, fast-moving items) for space optimization.
• Conduct audits, physical inventory checks, and quality control measures to maintain accuracy and meet quality criteria.

Process Improvement

• Lead initiatives with 3PL and Last Mile Providers to achieve cost optimization and enhance service quality.
• Support operational reporting/scorecards to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Administrative Support

• Manage procurement, purchase orders, and consumables to support smooth operations.
• Validate vendor billing accuracy and process payments promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date Vendor Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure operations adhere to statutory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.

​Collaboration

• Communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally.
• Partner with Buying, Planning, and Sourcing teams to optimize inventory flow and address guest or 3PL product quality concerns.
• Work with Digital and Guest Service teams to enhance guest experiences, including recommendations for checkout, returns, and complaint resolution.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement packaging, delivery standards, and promotional initiatives that exceed guest expectations.
• Work with Global Operations on inventory balancing and variance investigations.
• Influence stakeholders to improve inventory turnover and resolve aged or excess inventory issues.

Drive Commercial Outcomes

• Efficiently manage end-to-end operations of Singapore and Australia DCs, including shipment receipts, order scheduling, picking, inventory, fulfillment, and returns.
• Benchmark externally and optimize vendor negotiations, contracts, and performance with support from Procurement and Legal teams.
• Track and analyze operational data to identify opportunities and implement solutions with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management or a similar role, preferably in eCommerce, omnichannel, or FMCG sectors.
• Knowledgeable in logistics, including carriers, shipping policies, and procedures.
• Experienced in setting up distribution centers, inventory management systems, and logistics workflows.
• Background in project management within an omnichannel or FMCG environment.
• Skilled in interpreting policies and procedures, providing implementation guidance, and identifying improvement areas.
