In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing process, managing client relationships for time validation, sending invoices, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. • To liaise with customer, Japan counterpart for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales/ spec/ price issue.
• To be responsible for Japan factory engineer labor order and process.
• Bi-weekly/ Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update (Customer account based).
• To analyze monthly sales invoice of modification/ spare parts, and the forecast planning (Customer account based).

This role will serve as part of a team that is responsible for managing a key financial institution headquartered in Singapore spanning multiple markets and business lines, with a specific focus on Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS), as well as Acquiring, Ecosystems and Value-added Services.
