Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this role is a permanent role where hours are standard business hours, on site in our Singapore Office.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customers’ needs and position our product/ offering accordingly
• Achieve allocated monthly sales target
• Present product information and demonstrate how the product works
• Communicate and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe CardioScan services utilizing effective selling skills
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Keep detailed records of all local customer contacts
• Manage account information and buying trends
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Plan work schedules with weekly and monthly timetables for the assigned territory
• Prepare and submit weekly updates and monthly sales reports

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a medical sales representative/cabin crew or similar role
• Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Responsible for full sets of accounts. • Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports. • Responsible for complex balance sheets, P&L statements and management reporting. • Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. • Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules. • Provide monthly detailed variance analysis for both balance sheet and profit and loss items, supporting management reporting. • Manage vendor and customer invoicing and payment processing. • Handle bank reconciliations and cash management. • Assist with financial, tax filing processes and tax audits. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, planning and analysis, internal policies procedures. • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit monthly GST and Payment to HQ Finance Controller and Tax Director for review

· Compile and submit Quarterly GST Returns to HQ Finance Controller, Tax Director and Country Manager for review and approval before submission to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore(IRAS)

· Work closely and Support HQ Finance Controller on yearly audit function with local Audit Agency. Ensure completion of Audit and filing prior to the due date

· Support HQ tax department on preparation and filing of Yearly Income Tax and ECI

· Responsible for all Account Payable and Receivable Preparation. Submit monthly aging report for local Partnerstores and Affiliate Networks

· Maintain Book keeping for MASG and GMTSS Bank account

· Prepare and provide Event expenses Report for all MASG Events

· Prepare and Submit Purchase Request Form and staff claims for review and approval

· Provide and support all administrative job assigned by Superior

· Monitor, Prepare and submit any grants, productivity and innovation credit (PIC) from IRAS which is applicable to SG Corporate Office

· Check and conduct monthly replenishment of Stationery and Panty supply

· Support assignment assigned for MASG Events

· Ad hoc assignment to be completed in timely manner

Requirements:

· Process at least A-Level or Diploma in Accounting or Professional Certification, ACCA and have relevant working experience in accounting line

· Familiar with Singapore Finance Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax and GST statutory requirements

· Experience in preparation and submission of GST, ECI and Audit

· At least 1 year of relevant of working experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, especially Microsoft Excel

· Able to work under pressure, independent with minimal supervision, self-initiative and good communication skills

· Willing to take extra duties on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays to support events

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
