Key Responsibilities:
• To assist the Managing Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures
• To prepare feasibility studies for company prospective projects
• To review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group
• To coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting
• To manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits
• To lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management
• To oversee the costing function for the Built Industries activities in Singapore
• To supervise local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities
• To perform any other tasks as the need arises
• To lead the Company Admin, Finance and HR Departments
• To assist the Group in debt and fund raising when required

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Executive to assist our Key Account Manager in driving business growth and achieving our company objectives. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to manage long-term and short-term energy solutions to data centre clients, including hyperscalers and colocation players. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of energy contracts and the data centre industry. This role will involve not only sales but also operational responsibilities such as contract management, invoicing and submitting proposals to clients’ tenders or request for proposals (RFP) for short term energy purchases.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Management:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve long-term and short-term sales goals
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers within hyperscalers and colocation clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the data centre industry, as well as relevant governmental stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the data centre industry
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
• Structure, negotiate and close high-value energy sales agreements including conventional thermal, renewables, and low carbon solutions, to meet or exceed sales targets
• Prepare gate papers for approval of revenue contracts in compliance with internal policies
• Prepare commercial proposals to submit to clients for tender or RFPs of energy supply

Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Operational Responsibilities:

• Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts

• Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing clients

3. Taxation

· Provision of tax computation including submission of Estimated Chargeable Income and yearly Tax Return;

You will produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.
