As an Account Executive for a local M& E Maintenance Company, you'll be responsible for various accounting tasks, such as keeping track of financial records, preparing reports, and ensure all the records are accurate and up to date. This position requires strong communication & negotiation skills, and a meticulous work attitude.

Main Responsibilities

· Maintain and Prepare Company Account– accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, invoicing and quotations,

· Follow up with Payment Response, and Issued Tax Invoice ensuring payment on time,

· Proactively follow up on subcontractors and customers’ queries, resolves any outstanding AR issues, discrepancies and invoices,

· Matching and checking of vendor’s Invoices, DO, PO and quotations,

· Ensure all payments are properly authorized with supported documentation,

· Prepare budgetary and presentation to clients,

· Prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements,

· Staff payroll, OT, CPF e-submission, GST submission & IR21 submission

· Maintain an accurate & Up-to-date client database, and banking records,

· Assist general administrative duties, such as MOM matters including work pass application /renewal/cancellation, and

· Handling banking duties, and any ad-hoc duties assigned.

2. Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects

3. Liase with HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.

4. Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s

5. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

7. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

8. Any other duties assigned by directors

Requirements

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Scope:

• Coordinate architectural design and documentation efforts between project teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance with design specifications
• Manage project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of drawings and documents
• Review and approve architectural plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness
• Facilitate communication between team members and resolve any design-related issues
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders
• Maintain organized project documentation and archives
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
• Support the project manager in budget and resource management

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a main construction firm
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings
• Meticulous, highly motivated, and possesses good interpersonal skills
