Job scope:

-Oversee the Supply Chain Department: Manage and supervise all activities within the supply chain department, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.

-Manage Customer Enquiries: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information regarding order status, inventory, and delivery timelines.

-Follow Up on Customer Payments: Monitor and track customer payments, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any payment-related issues to maintain cash flow.

-Place Orders for Supply Chain Department: Coordinate and place orders for raw materials, products, and supplies needed to meet operational demands, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.

-Aid the Team in Generating Invoices: Support the team in generating accurate invoices for orders, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and processed for financial records.

Job requirement:

-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

-Education: DIploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

   Coordinate communication between departments, suppliers, and service providers.
   
7. Event Planning and Logistics:Organize company events, meetings, and business travel arrangements.
   Ensure logistics for conferences, workshops, and training sessions are handled smoothly.
   
8. HR Support (if applicable):Support HR in activities such as onboarding, recruitment coordination, and employee welfare initiatives.
   Maintain employee records, assist with payroll, and handle leave and attendance management.
   

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant administrative or office management experience is generally preferred. Experience in managing teams or departments is a plus.
