SUMMARY

Ensure that all individual and group bookings are taken in line with Company Brand standards to provide accurate, efficient, prompt, courteous and proactive service, to maximize room revenue and guest satisfaction.

The RC Assistant Manager roles and responsibilities include:

• Assist in managing contracts with vendors, instructors, and service providers to secure equipment, facilities, and professional services required for program offerings.
