A company specializing in the manufacture, trading and distribution of sanitary fittings, bathroom and kitchen products, located around Joo Koon area. We require a dynamic individual to join us as:

ASSISTANT ADMIN MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Directors, you will perform the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions including coordination of meetings and corporate activities, maintenance of office peripherals, recruitment and orientation of new staff
• Ensure proper implementation of the company's systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure legal compliance with regulatory bodies and governmental agencies
• Handle staff benefits and welfare administration, employee relations, training and development
• Perform advisory and consultancy role to employees on HR related matters, handle foreign workers' passes, work safety and disciplinary matters
• Handle employees' leave management, payroll and other statutory filing
• Handle logistics arrangement
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Additional qualifications in HR and business management would be an added advantage
• At least two years of working experience in a similar capacity and in the manufacturing sector is preferred
• Self-motivated and a good team player with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Possess superior decision-making, problem-solving skills and conflict-management abilities
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking employees and associates is preferred

Responsible for supervising an accounting team in maintaining the books of a subsidiary, as follows:

Accounts Receivables

· Ensure that invoices are billed to customers in a timely and accurate manner, as well as in accordance with the

Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and company policies.

· Ensure that GST is applied correctly to the invoices and outgoing recharges

· Check accuracy of data entries

· Monitor monthly bad debt provision amount and propose write-off when required

· Supervise month end closing of AR ledger

Accounts Payable

· Process/review suppliers’ invoices and staff claims (ensure proper supporting documents/approval in accordance

with company policies and accuracy of data entries)

· Supervise the monthly closing of AP ledger including preparation of relevant AP journals

· Prepare expense reports and analysis of accounts

· Review monthly reconciliation of AP relevant GLs and statement of accounts

Financial and management reporting

· Assist in the monthly close and timely preparation of financial reports, head office reports, budgets/forecasts,

performance management reports as well as variance analysis. This includes hands-on tasks such as

preparing/checking of accounting entries and supporting documents.

· Prepare/review audit schedules, intercompany and bank reconciliations

· Support the development of business plans, forecasts and risk analysis and communicate business information

effectively to business owners

· Develop, update and enhance data dashboards to provide timely insights as required by the business owners

· Assist in the timely preparation of financial statements and tax returns in compliance with FRS, Company’s Act

and tax regulations

· Review and submit GST and withholding tax returns

· Prepare and submit government surveys and statistical returns

· Handle corporate secretarial and treasury/banking related matters

Others

· Ensure both internal and external customers are served promptly and effectively

· Oversee accounting procedures and internal controls (implementing, monitoring, enhancing) and ensure that strong internal controls and processes are in place

· Review and streamline existing workflows and processes to improve documentation and efficiencies

· Take charge of finance related projects

· Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on queries

· Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience

· Detailed oriented, meticulous, proactive, highly motivated and independent

· Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

· Ability to adapt to fast paced environment

· Resilient and work well under pressure and time constraints

· Prepared to work beyond normal office hours to meet deadlines

· Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

· Prior experience in Globe 3 will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful & effective project management, implementation and handover within specified schedule, budget and meeting client’s quality, relevant regulatory and safety requirements.
• Responsible for project budget controls, tracking of expenditure and critical scrutiny of contract documents and drawings.
• Communicate effectively & negotiate with consultants, clients, contractors on engineering and contractual matters.
• Strong understanding and effective implementation of project contractual matters.
• Strong technical knowledge in Process Design, Assembly drawing, good management system and teamwork.
• Start up, commissioning, handing over and troubleshooting of plants.
• · Maintain good customer relationship management.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Civil Engineering recognized by the PEB Singapore.
• Minimum 15 years relevant working experience preferably in municipal scale of Wastewater treatment systems / Construction sector / Process Plant.
• Those with relevant knowledge in Project Management, Process Design and Service & Maintenance experience will be an added advantage.
• Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to lead a team of engineers and contractors while liaising with peers and colleagues from various departments. Possess the mental and physical stamina to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines / vision.
• Highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details.
• Proficiency in the use of MS office, MS Project.

The Manager/Senior Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for leading the internal audit function to ensure the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive audit plan, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Chartered Accountant, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or related fields, with at least 5 years leading an internal audit and risk assessment function.
