Account Managers are directly responsible for driving revenue, building relationships and helping clients grow their business results on Meta through client-centric consultation, education, and support. Success in this position requires consultative sales, collaboration with team members and cross functional teams, a willingness to experiment and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment against tight deadlines while maintaining strict attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue and year-over-year growth of the clients to hit or exceed their own revenue goal. Build mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers to grow their spend
• Influence and lead strategic conversations with businesses of all size and complexity
• Become an expert in Meta's solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
• Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio
• Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve issues

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, sales or consulting
• Fluency in Japanese and English is required as this role will manage clients whose usual business language is Japanese and English
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations and adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a passion for making an impact
• Ability to articulate complex data stories, in simple language to customers via day to day communications and regular presentation
• Structured problem solving and quantitative analytical skills

• Position: Account Manager (B2B SaaS/ IT Software / Cloud based software) - Up to $7000
• Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT - Marine Parade MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $7000 (Salary up to $5000 + Commission + Performance Bonus (Past year up to 2 months Bonus) + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
• Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add on, cross-sell, etc.)
• Be an expert on the monday.com platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value.
• Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization.
• Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to generate awareness and drive usage of monday.com.
• Partner with others at monday.com to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in any Field
• At least 2 years, preferably 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales, account management or consulting experience working with large, enterprise-level accounts (> 50-150K ACV)
• Ability to hold strategic conversations with C-suite/ higher management
• Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
