We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food production, particularly in the dessert sector, and a proven track record of leading production teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily dessert production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
• Supervise and lead the production team, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and career development.
• Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and processes to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments, including supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the production team.
• Oversee the maintenance of production equipment and ensure all machinery is in proper working order.

· Able to commit night shift/during weekends &PH

· Able to commit OT

· Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules

· Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication

· Handle human resource duties, including managing personnel databases and payroll

· Act as the organizational receptionist and receive calls and guests

· Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary

· Maintains and organizes meeting schedules

· Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies

· Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items

• Position: Senior Account Executive / Accountant
• Salary: $3500 - $4000
• Location: Woodlands Link
• Working Days: 5 days Mon to Friday 8.30am to 6pm

• Review subsidiary accounts and analyse variance
• Liaise with external auditor on audit matters and audit schedules
• Experience in using internet banking for payment
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
• Payroll processing

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 5 years in handling full set of accounts independently
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 Dynamic Business
• Proficient in Ms Excel
• Knowledge of payroll processing with Times Payroll
