Role Overview:

The Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager will play a pivotal role in planning and executing media strategies with industry media, enhancing visitor experiences, and developing high-quality marketing content. • Assess the campus Building Management Systems (BMS) to highlight defects, errors, and inefficiencies related to energy management
• Draft and implement an iterative BMS user guide, specific to different BMS systems, buildings or use case, as required and conduct training to building managers on the use of BMS for their specific needs.
• Propose upgrades to the existing system and highlight errors in metering data, erroneous data, and offline meters working alongside BMS vendors and other key stakeholders.
