About the Role

Nexcore Corporation Pte. Ltd., a trusted business solutions provider, is looking for a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This full-time position is based in our Singapore office and is integral to delivering exceptional accounting and administrative services to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will provide comprehensive accounting and administrative services to support our clients' financial needs. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of accounting and bookkeeping tasks for clients
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records, including financial statements, tax computations, and tax filings in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Assisting clients with tax preparation and addressing any related queries
• Supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Building strong relationships with clients by addressing their financial concerns and providing timely assistance

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Proven ability to independently prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax computation and filing, as well as Singapore tax laws and accounting standards
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBook, MYOB, or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

1. Manage company vehicle matters, including but not limited to taxes, registrations and fines
2. Support finance executive on daily operations
3. Prepare cheque and manage petty cash
4. Manage company insurance matters
5. Bank deposits and visits as required
6. Monitor and review of outstanding invoices with prompt resolution of queries.
7. Ensuring all supplier invoices are filed accurately and timely.
8. Reconciliation of supplier statements. Handling communications with suppliers via phone,email, and in-person and resolving queries.
9. Processing transactions, issue cheques, and updating ledgers, budgets, filling etc.
10. Prepare and submit monthly bank reconciliation statement.
11. Assist in audit requirement and confirmation request.
12. Any other duties assigned by superior

Job Description

• Handling and filing of documents

• Prepare payment voucher for refunds to patients
• Data entry for Accounts Receivables/ Accounts Payables
• Provide support by liaising with colleagues from other departments on all aspects of finance

Requirement

• Diploma in business administration, accounting or related field preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving project success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of client needs and market trends.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Qualifications/experience related to IT project management will be a preferred.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable
• Responsible for end to end accounts payable & employees’ expense claims activities
• Monitor and ensure all invoices are properly documented and approved prior to update into the system
• Responsible for vendor payments and employee claims reimbursement including reconciliations
• Responsible for accounts payable month end closing process
• Prepare GST reconciliations and statistical reporting
• Responsible for inter-company settlements
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor

You will engage with corporate clients to promote the value propositions of our software, targeting decision-makers in learning and development, technology, and operations functions.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outreach.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads across assigned industries and territories.

Sales Presentations & Demos

• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the unique value of ZilLearn LMS and AI.

• Collaborate with solutions team to tailor presentations to client needs.

Client Needs Analysis

• Engage with decision-makers in technology, operations, and learning and development to understand their challenges.

• Offer tailored solutions that align with clients’ organizational goals and requirements.

Negotiation & Closing

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve outcomes that benefit both the client and ZilLearn.

Product-Market Iteration

• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients.

• Provide market feedback to drive product improvements and strategic initiatives.

Relationship Building

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Sales Targets

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2–5 years in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, AI, or corporate learning solutions.

• Solid understanding of software solutions like SaaS, AI, and enterprise platforms.

• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Sales acumen with proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with senior-level executives.

• Results-driven, self-motivated and focused on achieving targets and delivering value to clients.

• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce for managing pipelines and reporting.
