Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at AGG Global Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Account Executive will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring the success of each event. They will also be involved in budget management and post-event evaluations.

Job Description

• Assist in Account Payable and Account Receivable

• Contact oversea branch

• Emailing follow up account

• Assist in Simple GL entry

• Data entry and filing of accounting documents

• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• ITE certificate or Diploma in Accounting

• 1 year of work experience in accounts or basic understanding of accounting.

• PC Literate, proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Experience in handling high volume of transaction

• Good communication skills and good team player

• Candidate with relevant experience will consider for senior position

An account assistant supports the accounting team with a variety of tasks, including:

• Clerical and administrative: Answering and directing phone calls, filing, typing letters, processing incoming mail, and data entry
• Financial reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Payroll processing: Gathering and inputting relevant data to support payroll processing
• Bank reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions
• Accounts receivable: Issuing and tracking invoices, recording payments and adjustments, and updating customer relationship management files
• Accounts payable: Ensuring that all bills and other payables are resolved accurately and on time
• Journal entries: Updating journal entries into the accounting system

5.5 days, 1 alternate Saturday,

Monday to Friday: 8:30 to 6pm

Location: Bukit Batok

Responsibilities

• Perform Accounts payable function by assisting with vendors invoice processing and bank transaction preparation
• Perform Accounts Receivables function by assisting with client billing and follow up with accounts receivables transactions by preparing SOA, recording the collection, etc.
• Support preparation of GST schedule, audit schedule and other financial reporting
• Handle monthly journal entries and maintain the fixed assets register
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany balances
• Liaise with internal and external partis for smooth operation
• Support various day-to-day accounting functions

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
•  Experience with ERP system is a plus.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•  Detail-oriented and well-organized.
•  Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities: -

• Create and execute test plan among several systems.
• Stakeholder management during creation and executive of test plan
• Prepare and present regular project reports and documentations.
• Ensure project status and progress are communicated to stakeholders and IT teams in a timely and concise manner.
• Assume agreed projects that may be assigned from time to time in tandem with business priorities/requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Min. 5 years’ experience in supporting IT Project test phase in the banking sector.
• Experience in leading creation for test plan and test definition for Bank IT system.
• Coordination with other system personnel.
• Provide timely escalation and resolution of significant issues to Management.
• Act as test manager and understand business requirements for Core Banking System and Fund Transfer for transaction of Bank systems, other related bank systems
• Knowledge in software test methodology, to creation test plan, lead test document creation, lead test execution,
