Job Description

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

• Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions.

• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and manage a pipeline of accounts, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.

Requirements:

Accounts Responsibilities:

1. Fee Collection and InvoicingManage tuition fee collections from students and parents.
   Generate and send invoices or receipts.
   Follow up on outstanding payments.
   
2. Expense ManagementRecord and monitor company expenses.
   Process claims, reimbursements, and supplier payments.
   
3. Payroll SupportProcess tutor and staff salaries.
   Calculate CPF contributions, if applicable.
   
4. Audit PreparationOrganize and provide documents for audits or tax filings.
   

Administrative Responsibilities:

1. General Office AdministrationHandle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
   Order and maintain office supplies.
   Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments.
   
2. Student Enrollment SupportAssist with registration of new students.
   Update and maintain student records in the system (e.g., NYON).
   
3. Tutor and Staff SupportPrepare teaching materials as requested by tutors.
   Coordinate tutor schedules and classroom bookings.
   
4. Data Entry and FilingMaintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems.
   Update data into management systems regularly.
   
5. Compliance and DocumentationEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.
   Handle any official correspondence with external parties.
   

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail for financial and student records.
• Good communication skills for parent and student interaction.
• Familiarity with CPF and Singapore's employment regulations is a plus.

Job Descriptions

• Process sundry suppliers’ invoices and payments including staff claims.

• Responsible for day-to-day accounts receivable duties including cash management.

• Daily updates of journal entries into accounting system.

• Perform reconciliations and assist in monthly reporting.

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements, post journal and bank entries, calculate depreciation of fixed assets and perform monthly reconciliation.

• Maintain and create new customers, suppliers and general ledger accounts in accounting system.

• Verify accuracy of AP payment, claims and petty cash reimbursements and revenues.

• Monitor and prepare to deposit cash and cheques received from outlets and customers into the bank.

• Handle queries with suppliers and staff.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• 1 – 2 years of work in Singapore’s Accounting & Finance field is preferred.

• Analytical and hands-on team player.

• Meticulous, accurate, trustworthy and able to work independently.

As a member of our agency, you will be assisting our Influencer Marketing Account Executive on working closely with both our internal team and external partners to craft paid social content on creators’ platforms (TikTok). You will get hands-on experience on how to pitch for Creators to established brands and agencies, execute the campaigns and optimize for good results.

Responsibilities (To assist the Account Executive with the following)

• Serve as the liaison between client and creators
• Analyse incoming briefs and ideate TikTok campaigns in partnership with creators, providing recommendations throughout the execution process
• Work with creators in developing storyboards and concepts that meet client objectives
• Participate in creative and social brainstorms
• Track analytics and performance of campaigns, advise clients on post-campaign key learnings and recommendations in order to grow key accounts
• Maintain thorough knowledge of social metrics (growth, reach, engagement) across platforms and provide tactics and strategy where necessary
• Ideate with internal team, creators, and clients for original content based on campaign briefs
• Identify the up-and-coming trends and creators that are current in pop-culture (we’re looking for someone who knows everything Gen-Z!)

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of trends on social media and across social media platforms
• Ability to cope with tight deadlines with strong project management skills
• Highly organised and adept and managing multiple projects at once
• Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with a team
• An avid user of social media across all platforms, but particularly short-form content!
• Current knowledge of current trends, events, and everything related to pop-culture and social media
• Willingness to learn and be challenged
• Proficient in creating content (static content and short-form content is key, so familiarity with iPhone tools and apps is necessary)
