We are looking for an account manager with strong experience managing an account portfolio end to end handling all facets such as revenue management, Sales and Stakeholder engagement. This Account Manager’s objectives would be to serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs, build, and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships .

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships: Developing strong relationships with customers, and connecting with key stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, prepare management accounts and audit schedules
• Review subsidiary accounts and analyse variance
• Liaise with external auditor on audit matters and audit schedules
• Experience in using internet banking for payment
• Payroll processing
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 3 years in handling full set of accounts independently

What you'll be doing

• Process claims and billing, handle bill adjustments, and follow up on pending claims
• Manage accounts receivable, update receipts, review AR aging, and perform revenue and bank reconciliations
• Resolve claims system issues, liaise with clinic operations, and ensure system interface accuracy
