• Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure that the company’s products are meeting
• their requirements where possible. Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the

• Manage customer issues (inquiries, feedback, complaints, etc.)
• Develop solutions to problems within budgetary constraints.
• Work closely with internal teams and conduct products training to customers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Business Administration, Specialized in Sales & Marketing
• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in Sales & marketing especially in the field of marketing (product, category, and/or brand) Nutrition/FMCG/Pharmaceutical healthcare preferred
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Handle daily routine of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

• Data entry for AR & AP transactions into system.

• Assist in AP invoices, ensuring accurate coding, matching, and timely payment preparation to suppliers.

• Perform monthly reconciliation for AR/AP and costing transactions

• Handle PO invoice entry & posting

• Update daily cashbook and bank reconciliation for month end

• Check staff claims

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
