4. **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction of client solutions.
- Provide feedback from clients to relevant teams to enhance product offerings and services.
5. **Reporting and Metrics:**
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account growth and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular updates to senior management on account status, opportunities, and potential risks.
Requirements
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field, preferably within the technology or banking sector.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
