Virtue is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will primarily be focused on managing the social presence of a luxury beauty brand, while also contributing to other exciting projects across our portfolio.

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be instrumental in crafting impactful social content, managing day-to-day client interactions, and ensuring the execution of deliverables. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• A dependable partner to the Client Services team, supporting all phases of the project to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate workflows across internal teams (strategy, creative, production) and external partner agencies.
• Assist in content creation, from planning and ideation to production and final delivery.
• Manage the client’s Instagram and TikTok channels, including scheduling, publishing, and assisting with monthly performance reports.
• Conduct regular trend reports on competitor and market activity, sharing actionable insights with the team.
• Ensure quality control of all client deliverables before submission or publication.
• Organize and manage timelines, meeting notes, status reports, and key project documents to keep the account running seamlessly.
• Handle administrative tasks, including client and vendor invoicing.
• Proactively contribute your point of view during team discussions, leveraging your understanding of the brand and project objectives.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with TikTok creators to amplify the client’s visibility and engagement.

• Manage sizable commercial (Non-Named Enterprises, Midmarket & SME) business in Singapore
• Must have experience handling commercial accounts and partners in Singapore

In this Strategic Account Development role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of NielsenIQ’s Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) business with key strategic global and regional clients in APAC, fostering profitable revenue expansion, and increasing awareness of the broader SA&I portfolio.

As the Account Development Director, you will take ownership of key global and regional client relationships, leveraging your extensive knowledge of the FMCG industry and NielsenIQ’s products and services. Core Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth & Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of revenue generation, driving profitable growth for NielsenIQ (NIQ) Strategic Clients across APAC Local markets. Develop and execute strategic account sales plans, aligning with SA&I global and regional cluster leaders, and ensure consistent performance through the management of sales pipelines, setting sales quotas, and providing monthly sales forecasts. Lead the renewal and negotiation of contracts while delivering revenue goals, maintaining a long-term growth focus.
• Client Relationship & Business Development: Own and nurture commercial relationships with clients, particularly at the senior level and C-suite, to ensure long-term business success. Develop Joint Business Plans, deeply understand client business strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
