Responsibilities:

• Develop strong client relationship and understand the needs of clients on employee benefits and ensure placement with clients’ selected insurer/program
• Understand and stay current on each client’s business situation, strategy and HR, risk and finance needs and upsell/cross-sell product that are suitable for their needs
• Stay abreast with the insurance markets development
• Conduct Pre-renewal and/or renewals meetings with clients
• Ensure renewal terms obtained are far and competitive by reviewing renewal terms and analysis of claims data
• Preparation of renewal documents such as renewal proposal, claim analysis, benchmarking exercise, communication decks, handbooks
• Conduct communication sessions on the benefits program to employees as well as to any partners who need to understand the program
• Handling of enquiries from both HR and employees
• Be responsible for any follow up on the employee movement and underwriting requirements for the accounts assigned
• Ensure prompt premium payment from accounts that are assigned

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized university or polytechnic
• Minimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI. CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS
• 2 to 5 years in the related experience
• Leadership skills required to manage teams
• Analytical, critical thinking and decision making
• Effective collaboration across departments and organization
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Customer Relations Officer - Call Centre External (contract renewable)

Working Locations: Tanjong Pagar,
Working Hours: Working hours: Shift work, required to work on weekends, 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH
Salary Range: up to $2700 + 100 Transport Allowance

Responsibilities：

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
• Type of calls consist and not limiting toConcession related matters (i.e lost of card/replacement procedure/extension issues/application issues)
  Filing of claims for customer (i.e over-deduction/failure to exit/double deduction)
  Point to point enquiries from customer
  SimplyGo related issues (i.e Simple Technical issue, investigation of mismatch fare)
  Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback
  
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred or customer service experience

Job Description:

• Monitor strict compliance of “Permit to Work” system at worksite & explain the importance to workers at the time of safety talk/tool box meeting
• Coordinate Environmental Control Committee Meeting and implement all environmental control programs
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as required by the regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance of operations with NEA and EHS regulations
• Prepare Site Environmental Control Report on a regular basis
• Conduct environmental control audit and investigations
• Able to maintain environmental requirements in line with OHSAS 18001:1999
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, develop environmental control plan, site clean-up plans & monitor their completion

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Candidate must be a NEA registered ECO
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Building Construction
• With FSM certificate will be an advantage
• Must have professional knowledge in law and regulations of Environment Acts
