Responsibilities

• To assist in daily onboarding of terminal applications
• Replying enquiries from other departments
• Ensuring that all applications are processed within SLA with minimal error
• Other duties assigned by Merchant Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Min GCE “O” & “A” Levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Meticulous and organized
• Good communication skills
