Cover all aspects of office administrative and account work. Prepare and issues of daily operation invoices and delivery orders to respective customer through ERP system. Take in all documents from supplier and vendors and sub-cons and do proper datas into the account system. You will require to answer incoming phone call and transfer to respective receiver. There will be some light quotation and shipping arrangement per job requirement. Routinely calculate the staff time sheet for salary purposes.
