About the job

• Possess at least "N", "O" levels qualification (Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service/ Telecommunication will be an advantage)

• Prepare and update maintenance work schedule
• Prepare and update maintenance contract documents
• Prepare and update maintenance work checklist
• Liaise with customers on the work schedule and work related matters

• Liaise with suppliers on the purchases and verify delivery notes against goods received
• Liaise and process suppliers' invoices which includes verification of invoices and supporting documents/ delivery notes, issues credit notes

• Communicate with suppliers and customers on billing and collection matters
• Issue statements of account to customers
• Assist Accounts Executive in the preparation of payment vouchers, GL and bank reconciliation and the documents for GST submissions

Job Description

To conduct security duties at patrol, escort duties, static duties and other assignment as required. To ensure the safety and security for all personnel and premises.

Roles and Responsibility

• To perform 12hrs shift duties at any deployed sites
• To perform safe entry for staffs, workers, visitors and contractors
• To safe guard the premises through surveillance and patrols
• Identify and report unusual or suspicious movements in occurrence
• Perform access control duties at the check-point
• To monitor CCTV surveillance when required
• To update and report any fire alarm activation

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Valid PLRD license with RTT attained
• 1 year working experience

Accounts Executive (MATERNITY COVER FROM 1 MAY TO 31 NOV 2024)

Responsibilities

• Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Preparing invoices for rentals, renovations, inventory, aircon services, cleaning services, repairs jobs to tenants/partners

• Generate and consolidate AR Aging report

• Monitor & follow-up with tenants/partners on overdue account

• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, recording and reconciling the accounts receivables and accounts payables matters

• Handling all bank matters including bank reconciliations

• General Admin Work

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma (accounting related) / LCCI level 2 minimum

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and Xero Accounting Software

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
