Job Description:

1. Monitor Premises: Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter unauthorized access. Keep a watchful eye on surveillance cameras to identify potential security threats.
2. Control Access: Verify the identity of individuals entering the premises. Enforce access control procedures and maintain a secure environment.
3. Respond to Incidents: Act promptly to alarms and security breaches. Report incidents and cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
4. Maintain Records: Keep accurate logs of daily activities and incidents. Complete reports detailing security-related incidents.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and directions to employees and visitors. Ensure a friendly and professional demeanor while enforcing security protocols.

- Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance

- Attend to feedback, Breakdown and customer service requests

- Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget

- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut-down and overhaul works

- Assist Engineer/Manager to update records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipment

We’re looking for a Key Account Director, to join our Cross Border team, to strengthen our Enterprise sales effort in Singapore. This B2B business development role will focus on acquiring Enterprise customers and scaling Glints to become the preferred platform and service of employers/companies in Singapore for talent recruitment and management in the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Growing the business by acquiring and establishing relationships with potential hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from Enterprise clients
• Cross-selling various Glints’ products and services
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams such as Client Success, Recruiters, Product Marketing to effectively meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets

Who We Are Looking For

• Min. 5+ years of working experience in enterprise B2B sales and/or account management
• Proven track record of exceeding or achieving high individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or a similar function
• High attention to detail, with a process-driven and solution-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated track record of career excellence and in leading a team to success

KEY ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Administration of credit policies, processes and internal controls to govern the credit control and collection function
• Credit assessment and credit review function
• Payment follow-ups and enforcement of assigned credit limits/policies
• Active collection process involving calling, email, site visits and other appropriate means
• Monitor, ensure accurate and timely payment recovery
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to non-payment of invoices
• Coordinate and build strong relationship between customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues at root cause and enable smooth collection
• Prepare regular and monthly credit related reports
• Organise routine collection meetings with sales team
• Handle Legal proceedings, Small Claim Tribunal and 3rd party collection agencies
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing reports
• Ensure compliance with company financial standards

ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL AND / OR TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATES

• Diploma and above qualification in Accountancy/Finance/Business or equivalent

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit control
• Disciplined, well-organised and good communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Finance / Accounts Officer at The Helping Hand. The Finance / Accounts Officer will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide recommendations to management on financial strategy to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3 years of working experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles in the social service sector, especially Charity Accounting Standards and FRS
• Demonstrated experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Professional certification, such as a ISCA, ACCA, CPA is a plus
