About the role:

• Manage and grow assigned account base and business segments;
• Understand and gather clients’ requirements, analyse, design and implement business performance approaches, develop tailor-made solutions;
• Work closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results;
• Manage and ensure clients are compliant with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements;
• Manage and mitigate risks;
• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends and emerging technologies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space;

• Manage client files and update information daily in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures;

You should have:

• Education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce or related major;
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify business issues, conduct analyses and synthesise conclusions into recommendations
• Strong general business acumen, broad understanding of current Finance trends and technologies, their impact on business strategy;

Responsibilities:

• Conduct meticulous inspections of vehicles to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
• Perform essential maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire changes, and fluid services.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures to mitigate the risk of accidents and injuries within the workshop.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating repair needs, providing accurate cost estimates, and addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Conduct test drives on vehicles post-repairs to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum professional certificate/Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma/Degree in engineering
• Prior experience in the automotive servicing line is preferred.
• Possess valid Class 3 and 4 driver's license will be an added advantaged

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports the management of day-to-day client activities, projects and deliverables
• Provide account management support such as development of client status reports, campaign recaps, project timeline and others
• Acts as right-hand to senior account executive to form the foundation of the account team
• Drafts quality content and communication materials that contribute to campaign activities and content calendars alongside taking ownership of media lists
• Maintains ongoing knowledge of comms industry and media activity alongside trends in the social, influencer space and actively shares with team and clients, as appropriate
• Monitors and posts content on client-owned platforms

1. To assist the art dept with acquisition of materials and resources/Maintenance and Upkeep of the Art Block (Art rooms)

2. Maintenance and upkeep of art materials and assets. E.g, Drill press, Bend Saw, 3D printers

3. Supervision of students at work when no teaching staff is around.

4. Photo documentation of students at work for purposes of T&L review

Music:

Main duty:

1. To assist the music dept with acquisition of materials and resources as well as all related admin related to procurement

2. To help in the maintenance and upkeep of the music rooms, including management of the library, cataloguing, and regularly stock taking

3. Supervision of students at work on occasions when teaching staff is not around.

4. Helping with the locking up of rooms at the end of the day on certain days of the week

5. Helping with lesson preparation materials when necessary

6. Helping to set up for lessons in terms of instruments / computer / electronic set up

7. Setting up of video cameras for practical examinations and extraction of videos + sending of relevant comment

Requirement:

a. Good communication and interpersonal skills

b. Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence.

c. Proficient in MS Office

d. Candidates with prior working experience in schools will be preferred.

e. Qualification: Full GCE O Level certificate or its equivalent

f. Able to work in a fast paced environment

g. Preferably with some prior experience in a makerspace or art studio environment.
