Working hours:

Weekdays

· 5am – 7am

· 5pm – 10pm

· Total hours worked: 7 hours per day

Weekend

· 7am – 9am

· 5pm – 10pm

· Total hours worked: 7 hours per day

Every Sunday

· All Residential Care Officers will work from 8pm -10pm

· Total hours worked: 2 hours per Sunday

Off-days

· Either Saturday/Sundays off

Hours worked: 44-hour work week

- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground

- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness

- Manage customer complaints in professional manner

- Manage manpower deployment

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties

- Any other related duties assigned by manager
