Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings

You will play a huge role in assisting the development of Globibo’s presence in Hong Kong from the ground up by driving new businesses & building a pool of clientele. PRISM+ is seeking a Chief Digital Officer to lead the digital transformation and drive the company's digital strategy. As the Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives. This is a high-level strategic role that requires a strong understanding of digital technologies and a track record of driving digital innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation efforts across the entire organisation
• Set and implement digital and data direction
• Develop and execute the company's digital strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring effective execution of digital campaigns and initiatives
• Optimize e-commerce platforms for maximum conversion and customer satisfaction
• Implement data-driven digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing
• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using digital analytics tools
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies and initiatives to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into the overall marketing and business strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience with digital transformation, architecting and developing consumer applications
• Proven track record of driving digital transformation and delivering business results
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing technologies
• Experience in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Assist group of department to prepare/ maintain full set of company accounts (e.g. AP/AR, Bank Reconciliation, cashbook, cashflow, GST submission, Financial Report, Intercompany billing).
• Assist to perform month-end accounts closing including data entry to accounting system.
• Process expenses, staff reimbursements, payments and claims.
• Liaise with external audit, tax agent, company secretary etc.
• Other administrative duties as necessary.
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education – Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent;
• Experience – Fresh graduate or candidates with relevant qualifications, or some relevant experience.
• Language – English and Mandarin to liaise with accounts and finance departments in China and Taiwan.
• Computing – Advanced MS Office, spreadsheets, knowledge on other software accounting will be an added advantage.
• Adapt to changes, analytical and a team player with positive working attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Establish strong rapport with customers through effective communications and problem resolution
• Liaison with various support departments (Accounts & Finance, Air & Sea Operations and Sales) to process daily schedule of incoming and outgoing stock or 3rd party
• Liaison with customers on transport arrangement for goods delivery and generate delivery orders
• Arrange for import and export shipments (if any)
• Generate daily inventory report for checking
• Generate monthly customers’ inventory report for customers’ verifications
• Perform stock take on a monthly basis to ensure accurate stock inventory in the warehouse; to rectify the problem should any discrepancies occur
• Support all administrative issues, ie billing, monthly report, verification of Supplier’s invoices
• Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience
• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and with people of all levels
• Meticulous and possess positive attitude
• Good sense of urgency
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Flexible and adaptable
• Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Power Point, Excel

Job Descriptions:
