Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets by optimising retail client potential. You will also lead and mentor key account executives and collaborate with other departments to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the company.

• Liaise with the trainer and retail operations team to support beauty advisers in developing their skills and ensuring brand standards, sales objectives, and execution methods are being delivered and achieved.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Business, marketing, or related field.
• At least 6-8 years of working experience in the sales field in the FMCG industry, with working knowledge of drugstores, beauty specialties, and department store environments.
• Solid sales experience with a track record of developing customers and people.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial fundamentals and having a strong customer-centric approach.
• Able to travel.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
