Trade Documentation Officer is responsible in handling shipping documentation, Letters of Credit (LCs), and other trade-related documents. 1. Documentation Management:

• Prepare, review, and manage trade-related documentation including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, Certificate of Analysis and Invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Review and ensure accuracy of Letters of Credit, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to meet LC requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments, banks, customs agents, shipping partners and fourth party logistics to ensure seamless trade operations.
• Stay updated on global trade practices, shipping procedures, and regulatory changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Possess a Degree/ GCE O/ GCE N Level
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics and customer service or trade documentation roles.
• Knowledge of trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit and URC collection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant trade documentation software.
• Strong attention to detail, meticulous, initiative and ability to work under tight deadlines and fast pace environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade regulations.
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all civil and structural works, both permanent and temporary
• To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work

Job Requirement:

· The RTO shall be accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• The RTO shall have minimum of THREE (3) years engineering experience

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act, regardless whether their names are stated in the form,
• Check mock-ups done on site and off site, where necessary,
• Conduct inspection and check as required under Authority Operational and Safety requirements.
• Conduct compliance check on the implementation of mitigating measures in method statement, risk assessment and DfS register.

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as RTO, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works
• Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering from a recognized tertiary institution or relevant qualifications.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Have a certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry or equivalent.
• Possess good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.
