• Work closely with the Sales Manager, Executive Chef, Procurement, Brand and Marketing team on the various branding development and marketing support for different customers based on their requirements
• Develop professional rapport with the customers and build positive brand loyalty
• Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
• Canvassing new potential customers via cold calling, networking etc
• Collaborate with brand and marketing team to perform market research to understand the various trends, competitive analysis
• Possess good product knowledge in the foodservice industry

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience in Food industry or relevant
• Minimum Diploma education level
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Channel Account Manager

Job Summary

• Responsible for selling Company’s B2B hardware and software technology-based solutions to an assigned partner list.
• From time to time, recruit, develop, service and grow new channel partners.
• Developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners, training, and developing their sales team.
• Driving channel partner sales team to drive our sales & marketing campaigns.
• Supporting channel partners to meet corporate customer requirements including meeting potential clients for sales closures.
• Monitoring the health of channel partners & their campaigns, keeping the Key Performance Indicators on track.

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve 100% of personal quota and team quota.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly quota objectives.
• Develops and executes weekly sales plans; identify high potential customers accounts; building pipelines; fact-finding.
• Completes all sales orders and required activity reporting, forecasts, inventory, and other business reports as needed; track & responds to all leads.
• Maintains proficiency in product and promotional knowledge.
• Completes all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Analyses territory/account/market potential, target specific areas of opportunity.
• Conduct sales presentations to channels & training channel sales teams.
• Maintains strong channel relationships.
• Facilitate business-to-business collaboration with partners trade shows, exhibitions & projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Key JobRequirements

• 5+ years of related sales experience and partner account management.
• Polytechnic graduate and above.
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
• Possession of a driving license.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills, energetic, passionate, and positive thinker.
• Exposure to IT products/IT Solutions/IT Software / IT Peripherals – like printers, is preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Emergency response: Act promptly in emergencies, notify relevant personnel, and follow safety protocols.
• Quality and safety: Ensure compliance with quality standards and health/safety regulations.
• Product and parts sourcing: Procure items for general repairs, e.g., drywall and bathroom fixtures.
• Preventative maintenance: Monitor and execute scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Routine inspections: Regularly inspect premises and equipment for any issues.
• Contractor oversight: Supervise contractors during professional repairs.
• Project participation: Engage in various projects, including alteration works.
• System functionality: Verify the functionality of building systems like irrigation.
• Additional duties: Perform other required duties and activities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Work status reporting: Proficient in creating reports to update management on work status.
• Experience criteria: Preferably possess a minimum of three years in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician roles; however, it is not obligatory.
• Carpentry and repair expertise: Knowledgeable in general carpentry and repair practices.
• A&A project management: Experienced in overseeing Alteration and Addition (A&A) projects.
• Physical capabilities: Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, bending, or maneuvering in confined spaces.
