The Enterprise Account Manager, based in Singapore, is expected to represent the company and its solution offerings to drive and expand territory accounts to achieve/exceed the assigned sales quotas.

The successful candidate is responsible for developing new customer relationships and enhancing existing ones, and act as the clients’ trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory/account sales plans in assigned territory to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Acquire new accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Develop, manage and report pipeline accurately.
• Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM.
• Establish and maintain a strong and trusted client relationship.
• Collaborate cohesively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

• Experience in Enterprise Software solution sales.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills, enjoys networking and negotiation.
• Ability to influence & negotiate with key management stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing and winning major opportunities.
• Experience in managing both transactional and strategic sales.
• Industry knowledge and experience in the Commercial sector.
• Self-motivated and does not require micro-management.
• Added Advantage
• Knowledge or sales experience in Cloud, Technology and Managed Services.
• Knowledge or sales experience in CRM, Analytics and Business Intelligence a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liase with customers, sales executives, financial institutions, relationship managers and other stakeholders for successful loan submission, disbursement and repayment with accurate loan documents and other loan related matters
• Perform operations work from processing of loan requests to successful disbursement and repayment of loans
• Oversee overall loan procedure, updating processes to maximise efficiency to all stakeholders and align to latest relevant legislation
• Update loan data in systems and maintain records of loan transactions, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary loan support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

To take and carry out site supervision in accordance to the Project specification and BCA ACT & Regulation, and to the requirement of the contracts with the client.

To supervise in accordance to the Contract Specification and relevant Authorities. To assist the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE in all aspects relating to the construction of the projects.

Work closely with RE / SRE on day-to-day site operations.

Must be literate in English and have a good knowledge to use computer, computer software and MS Office.

Registered with JAC as a Resident Technical Officer.

RTO Certificate accreditation by IES/ACES.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Setting up of all technical and network preparations for new stores – including computers and printers, mobile phones, CCTVs, WIFI, telephone lines.
• Overseeing and supervising technical set ups by external vendors – this may include weekends and may be out of the office.
• Researching and getting quotations for computer and network systems.
• Applying for and maintaining network and telephone systems for new stores.
• Manage all computer systems, hardware, software, and networks in the group of companies.
• Ensuring all stores CCTV are in working order.
• Ensuring all technical stuff are in good working order for existing stores.
• Repair and training of all things related to IT.
• nstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
• Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and requirements.
• Daily maintenance of PC and laptop, including operating system installation and software configuration.
• Daily inspection and maintenance of server room.
• System configuration, user authority management, and corresponding review work.
• Assist to set up and reviseIT SOP, IT Guide and IT Policy.
• Monitoring and tracking of incidents.
• Log, track and escalate related IT issues to the correct entity. Responsible and take ownership till closure.
• Any work assigned from time to time by the Management.
