Job Purpose

Reporting to the Regional Chief Legal Officer, Asia Pacific, you will act as the Regional DataProtection Officer and support the Regional Chief Legal Officer on all data privacy related mattersfor the regional office (AZAP) and operating entities (OEs) in the region.

What you do:

• You will advise on applicable data privacy laws, regulations, regulatory guidance (“Data Privacy Laws”), and Allianz Privacy Standards and related rules (“Allianz Data Privacy Framework”) among OEs in the region. This includes the review of data privacy-related content in agreements, privacy statements/notices and advising on data privacyrisks related to partnerships, joint ventures, and other M&A-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to Data Privacy Laws and appropriate implementation of Allianz Group initiatives by OEs in the region. This includes supporting DPOs of OEs in the identification, management, and mitigation of data privacy-related risks and monitoringof such implementation, e.g. by conducting privacy reviews.
• Management of all privacy-related matters for AZAP, including data processing activities, privacy impact assessments, material personal data breaches, and vendor integrity screening.
• Conduct and/or facilitate data privacy training workshops.

What you bring:

• At least 8 years experience as data privacy officer/professional with a multi-national corporation
• Sound experience working as a data privacy officer/professional in a multi-national corporation or in a major law firm
• Good understanding of Data Privacy Laws in the Asia region and GDPR
• Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
• Strong analytical, thinking, and implementation skills and ability to problem-solve and provide pragmatic solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business leaders and manage a team effectively
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and matters at the same time
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Qualified lawyer a plus

Duties:

• Merchant onboarding up to point of contracting and / or renewals, before handing over to the Operations Team for on-boarding ops
• Develop relationship with large portfolio of sellers/brands within category, as a main contact point for high potential sellers, to understand their business nature, sales performance, obstacles in running smooth operations as well as supporting them in problem solving
• Ensure KPIs are achieved at account level: sales, assortments, and price competitiveness
• Conduct key account analyses to understand factors driving / impeding the performance then develop and execute the actionable plans
• Working closely with Category Manager and Key Account manager to identify potential sellers to become part of the Key Account portfolio
• Working with the Marketing Team to arrange merchandise/participation of promotions for best effectiveness
• Involve in incubating a small pool of sellers and develop them to key accounts within the category
• Drive and support any Business Development initiatives and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business.
• 1-2 years of working experience in Business Development role.

• Identify any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Perform site safety & health audit, meeting and prepare reports for relevant parties.
• Create safety & health management programs and ensures effective implementation.
• Review workplace records, certificates, notices and documents and kept under the WSHA.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent
• Registered WSHO with ECO and ECMO
• At least 5 years of WSHO experience in LTA Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and efficient service to order processing via call centre hotline, email, sales order
• Perform accurate and prompt entry of orders in the system
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders received through the order hotline and faxes
• Ensure that critical information with regards to urgent delivery, special timing request are communicated and followed up with the delivery section till completion of delivery
• Ensure procedures for processing of item with sales restrictions, orders that require price approval and other principal specified requirements are strictly adhered to
• Provide admin support when necessary, e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents

Requirements:

• GCE 'A' Level or Diploma
• Handle order processing via phone calls/emails
