• To generate for invoice issuance to clients on monthly basic base on given contract amount
• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• As and when receive approval quotation and proposal, proceed with invoice issuance as well as keep track on payment method.
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared

Job Description

• Handle and maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR & GL)
• Process invoices, issue cheque, payment voucher and receipt voucher
• Liaise with suppliers / vendors regarding invoices and payment matters
• Ensure all sales transactions are recorded and updated in accounting systems
• Perform data entries and assist in day-to-day operation in accounting
• Provide support to the various departments
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager

The Senior Account Executive / Account Manager is experienced in integrated communications, digital and social. He/She will be responsible for managing clients, coordinating internal resources and leading agency to meet clients’ marketing and advertising needs. Responsibilities:

• Business management of client accounts matters and maintain client contact and relationship

Ideal experiences and competencies:

Prepare month-end payments and online banking transactions.

Update cashflow report.

Requirements:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer procurement activities, offering end-to-end guidance to internal requestors on procurement procedures and processes.
