Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the safety team in the implementation of Company’s safety systems
• Liaise and communicate well with site operations staffs, project managers, contractors and third parties on all safety and health issues
• Assist in accident reporting and investigations as well as tool box meetings
• Inspect & rectify any unsafe practices and conditions at the worksite
• Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention
• Conduct safety inspections regularly to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements
• To follow-up on necessary actions to ensure compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards
• Assist WSHO to establish, update, maintain, and implement the Safety and Health Management System
• To assist WSHO for all safety promotional activities, safety audits, safety meetings and execution of safety programmes

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health and/or other relevant certificates

Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:
· Handling AR, AP, GST and withholding tax account.
· Processing invoices and bank reconciliation.
· Provide consolidate Finance project status to management at regular intervals.
· Monitoring of payments received, sending out payment reminders and etc.
· Maintain filing system for clarification and submissions.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Accounting or other equivalent qualification
· At least 1 year AR and AP experience in manufacturing or construction company.
· Meticulous and able to multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work beyond normal working hours

The WSHE Officer is responsible for carrying out all the environmental, health and safety tasks to create and maintain a safe workplace and culture.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Discharge duties as relevant in the WSH Act, WSH (Workplace Safety and Health (Officers) Regulations and Environmental Public Health Act
• Implement and maintain proper procedures of WSHE management, administrative and recording system
• Assist the WSHE committee chairman, act as secretary to the committee and provide guidance to the members in carrying out their safety duties
• Conduct team/ individual WSHE inspections and produce relevant reports and follow-ups
• Organize / conduct WSHE briefing/ training to all employees
• Investigate every incident/ accident and develop preventive measures
• Ensure risk assessment control measures are implemented for their activities
• Be prepared to stop work or to notify the Site Manager in the event of any WSHE deviations
