To monitor contractor’s daily activities, site progress, schedule, and ensure compliance with the project SHEQ requirements on site.
To work closely with Resident Engineer and other Resident Site Supervisors (RSS).
To attend meetings and site walks, highlighting foreseeable problems, and recommending possible solutions.
To carry out administrative works and other duties as required by the Superintending Officer/Consultant/Qualified Person.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification of recognized Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering
Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) with valid certification.
Preferably with experience in supervision of structural works of preferably local data centre/institution/industrial developments with strong knowledge of civil engineering works, bored piling, precast structures, post-tensioned structures, structural steelworks, reinforced concrete construction.
Familiar with local codes and regulations
Proactive and good team player
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
